Quick FAQ

My full surround covers don't have an opening to latch the seat.

If you ordered the full custom surround seat covers and you have areas where the leather is interfering with functions of the seat, you will need to use your scissors to cut away parts of the leather that are blocking the functionality. ONLY do this if you cannot tuck. For example, the back side of your back seat backrests may have openings to latch the seat upright, if the cover blocks this, cut a small opening where the latch connects to the seat.

My seat covers do not fit!

If your seat covers do not fit, please insure that you installed everything properly. You may reach out to us for guidance.

Also note, that depending on your seat there may be areas that are a bit looser or that may show parts of your original seat. In some cases this is unavoidable, remember that we are a seat cover company, not full reupholstery. Some areas of your seat may show through.

With this in mind, if you can't get your seat covers on at all due to error on our part. Or there are large areas of your upholstery still showing, contact us at support@firstclasscovers.com right away!

Standard Fit vs Full Custom Fit

Our standard fitment options offered on our website are fitments with basic customizations. Because of this you may see parts of your original upholstery showing and some features may be limited, depending on your seat type. Such as headrest adjustments, folding of the seats, covered levers / switches, etc. This is our more affordable hands off option for basic coverage. Designed to cover the entire seat with the headrest adjusted to the lowest position.

Our full custom fitment comes with all of the customizations. We create cutouts for levers, full surround coverage on the backs for effective seat folding, headrest coverage with full adjustment capabilities, etc. Due to the extra customizations, we do require more 1 on 1 communication and assistance during the production process to located all areas that need cutouts and measurement confirmations for perfect fitment. During this process if no communication is made, you order will be downgraded to the Standard Fit package and the difference in price will be credited back to your account.

If you have any troubles do not hesitate to reach out, we will guide you through the install 1 on 1 through email. Be prepared to send us photos of areas you are having trouble with.
