Which seats does your Super Duty have?
Every layout below gets its own pattern. Split seats get a separate cover for each section, so they still fold and move like they did from the factory.
Bucket seats
Two separate front seats with a console between them. Each seat gets its own fitted cover, cut for its levers, switches, belts and headrest.
Solid front bench
One bench across the front, found on older and work trucks. Patterned from your photos to the bench, its belts and its headrests.
60/40 split rear bench
The back seat in most crew cabs. We make a separate cover for each section, so either side still folds or lifts on its own.
Solid rear bench
One back seat in a single piece. Covered to its shape, with the headrests and belts cut to match.
Fold-up rear seat
Rear seats that fold up against the back wall for cargo room, common in extended and smaller cabs. Photograph them down and folded up so we can pattern both sides.

Within 7 days of ordering, upload seat photos in your portal. Our 3D image scanning software measures your seats from them, backed by over 7,000 seat configurations we have scanned.

Made, checked, shipped
Your set is made in our own factory, then quality checked and stress tested at our Tennessee warehouse before it ships. Standard: 4 to 5 weeks plus 7 to 10 days shipping. Priority: 2 to 3 weeks plus 7 days.

Where any seat cover can go wrong is the headrests, the cutouts for levers and belts, the middle seat and the console lid. So those are exactly what we ask you to photograph.
Start your design- Every headrest, front and back, raised, from straight on.
- Both sides of each front seat, showing the levers, switches and seatbelt.
- The middle jump seat folded up and folded down, with the console lid open.
- The whole rear bench, then each side folded, so we can see the 60/40 split.
- The rear seat with the centre armrest pulled down.
- Where the seatbelt comes out of the seat, if the belt is built into the backrest (on file for 1999 to 2007).
- The top of the seat from straight on, if the headrests are molded into the seat.

Yes. We make custom seat covers for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty from 1999 to 2026, in Regular Cab, SuperCab and Crew Cab. Each set is cut for your exact seats from the photos you send after ordering, and checked against the 35 Super Duty seat layouts in our database. Regular Cab Super Dutys have no back seat, so choose Fronts Only.
Which Super Duty seat layouts do you make covers for?
1999 to 2007: 40/20/40 split bench, bucket seats or solid bench up front; solid rear bench or fold-up rear bench in the back. 2008 to 2010: 40/20/40 split bench, bucket seats or solid bench up front; 60/40 split rear bench or solid rear bench in the back. 2011 to 2026: 40/20/40 split bench or bucket seats up front; 60/40 split rear bench in the back.
Will the 40/20/40 middle seat in my Super Duty still fold down?
Yes. On a split seat we make a separate cover for each section, so the middle jump seat still folds down and each outer seat moves on its own. The middle seat is covered in plain leather in your main colour, a $50 add-on that the designer adds when you choose a 40/20/40 front.
Does the 60/40 rear seat still fold with the covers on?
Yes. Each section of the 60/40 rear bench gets its own cover, so either side still folds or lifts on its own. Our database has the rear seat with and without the pull-out armrest, so choose the one that matches your truck.
Are F-250 and F-350 seat covers the same?
The F-250 and F-350 share the Super Duty cab, and our database holds the seat layouts for both models. Choose your exact model and year in the designer, and the set is cut from the photos of your own seats, so the trim and options on your truck are what count.
Do they work with heated and cooled seats and seat airbags?
Yes. The covers are designed to work with heated and ventilated seats, the leather is perforated so it breathes, and the side with the seat airbag is stitched so the airbag can deploy through it.
How much do Super Duty seat covers cost?
A Full Set (fronts and backs) is $650, Fronts Only is $490 and Backs Only is $380. Affirm splits a Full Set into 4 interest-free payments of $162.50, and PayPal Pay Later works too.
How long does it take?
Every set is made to order. Standard delivery is 4 to 5 weeks of production plus 7 to 10 days of shipping. Priority is 2 to 3 weeks of production plus 7 days of shipping, for an extra fee priced at the time of your order. Times can stretch in busy seasons, and we tell you if they do.
What if they don't fit?
Send us photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We remake your covers free to correct it, usually with no return needed, and if they still don't fit after the remake, we refund you. Every order also has a 1-year warranty.
